Ram Trucks Australia are the only Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) authorised importer and distributor of Ram Trucks for both the Australia and New Zealand markets. As at today, we are the only FCA authorised full-volume manufacturer of right-hand-drive Ram Trucks in the world. This means we are the only company that imports and distributes official export-spec left-hand-drive new vehicles directly from the Ram factory in the US and remanufactures them to right-hand drive. We are supported by the technical expertise of the Ram Truck engineers in North America. Our detailed remanufacture process to right-hand-drive is second to none, carried out in a purpose-built, multi-million dollar OEM-grade production facility in Melbourne with stringent quality and control checks throughout the process. All of our vehicles are compliant with local Australian Design Rules for full-volume certification. The scale of our investment in quality, production, safety and engineering is significant and unmatched by anyone in Australia - and it results in the production of thousands of proven OEM quality, full-size right-hand drive Ram trucks each year. Well I am excited heading into Series 24 with Ram Trucks Australia on board.

The fit is absolutely perfect. I am towing boats laden with gear with a Hobie Kayak on the roof and I need the toughest vehicle to safely get me around Australia to film Season 24. The Ram Truck is the machine up to the task.

While filming the past 4 Series I’ve covered over 200,000 kilometres and I have done it in style in my RAM 1500 Laramie. The slogan says “PICKUP TRUCKS THAT EAT EVERYTHING ELSE FOR BREAKFAST” and in my travels towing what should be a heavy load is super easy with the Rams 4.5 tonne maximum break towing weight.

I have driven the RAM Truck all over Australia. Inland fishing Dams, sometimes off road and up and down the coast on my RAM Road Trip Adventure!
