Keppel Bay Marina

Located at the gateway to the Keppel group of Islands just North of the Tropic of Capricorn, Keppel Bay Marina has built a reputation as the friendliest marina on the coast. With the opening of the new Northern Marina in 2013, Keppel Bay Marina now has over 500 berths for short and long term rental, catering to vessels up to 35m. All berths have power and water connections, 32amp power available on request. Sheltered under the protection of Double Head National Park, Keppel Bay Marina berths have coloured pile caps for easy navigation and berth identification. Wide channels make access to the berths easy in all weather, and the orientation assists with blow on berths in all weather conditions.

THE WATERLINE RESTAURANT
Residing within the Keppel Bay Marina, The Waterline Restaurant offers stunning views and the best local beef, seafood and produce on the Coast. The Waterline Restaurant is open from 7 am daily for all day dining and from 6pm until late Wednesday to Sunday.

ET Talks About Keppel Bay Marina

Keppel Bay Marina is hands down one of the best marinas in Australia. Every time I’m filming up that way on the Capricorn Coast, it’s my go-to spot to berth the Surtees and launch for our offshore and island adventures.

The facilities are top-notch—secure, clean, and perfectly set up for serious fishos and boaties alike. The team there are always welcoming and professional, and the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to the Keppel Islands and some of the best fishing grounds in the country.

It’s more than just a place to tie up—it’s a hub for exploring the southern Great Barrier Reef. I always look forward to pulling in there when Escape Fishing with ET heads north.
