GFAB Trailers

GFAB began manufacturing and producing aluminium trailers in Tauranga, New Zealand in 2008 and after years of perfecting our designs with our highly skilled team of legends, GFAB Trailers has grown into New Zealand’s number one premium aluminium boat trailer manufacturer.

GFAB have been exporting individual trailers to customers in Australia for several years and are excited to now be set up for manufacture and distribution from our new Australian home.

At GFAB we understand that the trailer is just as important as the boat, so why create yet another generic boat trailer, but rather we pride ourselves on being a complete aluminium trailer with a difference. We specialise in the design and fabrication of custom aluminium trailers for a wide range of general, marine and specialist use, these being purpose-built to suit each customer’s individual needs and requirements. The approach when designing and constructing our fleet of top-of-the-line trailers is that special features individual clients demand are built and incorporated into the design specifications, not an afterthought added on later.

The process in which we work means that we work directly with you, to ensure we build a trailer that suits your specific needs and makes your life easier.

GFAB is renowned for producing premium cutting edge, original and fantastic-looking aluminium trailer

ET Talks About GFAB Trailers

We’re heading into our third year of partnership with GFAB Trailers, and I couldn’t be happier. These trailers are seriously next level—strong, custom-designed, and built to handle the tough conditions we throw at them while filming Escape Fishing with ET.
I’m travelling thousands of kms up and down the East Coast of Australia and I need a trailer that’s going to withstand the long drives.

My Surtees Game Fisher sits perfectly on a GFAB alloy trailer, making launching and retrieving a breeze, even at remote ramps. The attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is what sets GFAB apart, and I’m stoked to have them backing the show again this season.
