Series 20, Episode 4

Port Clinton river to reef searching out members of the Lutjanus family is the theme for this episode during the 20th season of Escape Fishing With ET. The coastal creeks are the haunt of large Fingermark and ET and Graham do battle with them in their mangrove lined environment.  In the creeks they also encounter a school of hungry large Pikey Bream which chase soft plastics on the surface. In a rarely seen event the bream attack their hooked mates and steal the lure directly from their mouths.

They travel for an hour offshore in the Quintrex Yellowfin to fish the deep reefs where they successfully seek out the Fingermark’s cousins: Red Emperor and Nannygai.  Graham and ET excel when some absolute crackers are brought in from the depths.

In his Hobie, ET joins up with rising young pop star Madelyn who has a single “Blue Jeans” is in current release.  After learning how to pump yabbies Madelyn quickly becomes hooked on angling. Even more so when the yabby on her line is snaffled by a lovely luderick.
