Albany Barra and Blue:

We bid goodbye to Cape York with a bang! On the last day of our camping trip to the remote Doughboy River, we fish the mangrove snags around the mouth for fun-size Barra and Mangrove Jack. Back at our Albany Island base, we give the European chefs, who make this place such an amazing contrast of luxury living and wilderness, their first taste of down under fishing. And it’s a wild ride of chasing Tuna at the top and wrestling reef monsters from the bottom of the blue Torres Strait waters. There’s more big and colourful reefie action elsewhere in Queensland, Aussie Bass from a kayak, and chef Paul Breheny barbecues Kingfish spiced with Sumac.
