Albany River and Reef:
From their remoter-than-remote bush camp on the banks of the Doughboy River about 75 nautical miles south of the tip of Cape York, Andrew Ettingshausen and his mates discover more pristine fishing perfection with the CY Charters crew. They catch Mangrove Jack from the beach almost in front of the camp, fish the river snags for Trevally and Cod, then go out in the blue for some double Tuna hookups. Back at the Albany Island resort they fish the reefs and come up with a massive Cod. It’s an all-Queensland show as ET and another mate catch a mighty Cod and mightier GT in the Keppel Islands, and we close with Barra from a kayak.
